- invoices may be issued by different entities where applicable

Each supplier remains responsible for the preparation, storage, and compliance of their respective products.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to reject, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to fulfilment unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed by The Cheese Board or its authorised partners.
4.3 Pricing & Availability
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
In the event of errors or stock limitations, we reserve the right to cancel and refund affected orders.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellation requests are subject to the following:
- Cancellations made at least 1 week in advance: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 1 week but more than 24 hours: 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery: Non-refundable
Customised and freshly prepared platters may become non-refundable once preparation has begun.
5.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- stock unavailability
- supplier issues
- operational constraints
- force majeure events
- safety or regulatory concerns
Full refunds will be issued where applicable.
6. Product Nature & Food Safety
6.1 Product Variations
All images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in:

6.2 Freshness & Storage
All platters are prepared fresh for each order. Customers are advised to consume within the recommended timeframe provided upon delivery.

Upon delivery or collection, customers are responsible for:

- safe consumption
6.4 Allergies

We do not guarantee allergen-free preparation environments.

7. Delivery Terms
7.1 Delivery Hours
Deliveries operate between 11:00am to 8:00pm, subject to availability.
7.2 Delivery Windows
All deliveries are fulfilled within 1.5-hour time slots to ensure efficiency and freshness.
7.3 Delivery Coverage
We offer islandwide delivery across Singapore, subject to serviceability of certain restricted areas.
7.4 Failed Deliveries
Customers must ensure availability during the delivery window. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, absence, or refusal to receive may not be refundable.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7.5 Restricted Areas
Additional delivery fees or limitations may apply for areas including:
- Sentosa
- Tuas
- Lim Chu Kang
- Marina Bay Cruise Centre
- secured compounds or restricted venues
8. Customisation & Platters
We offer custom cheese and charcuterie platters upon request, subject to ingredient availability.
Custom requests may include:
- cheese preferences
- cured meat selections
- dietary restrictions
- ingredient exclusions (e.g. no pork, no beef, vegetarian options)
Customised orders are subject to preparation requirements and may require advance notice.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- severe weather
- supplier disruptions
- transport delays
- government restrictions
- natural disasters
- system or operational failures
10. Intellectual Property
